I never wanted another bulldog. (He’s not mine, he belongs to Alexis) That part of my heart belongs to The Chunks. They shed more than I care to remember, and have the most atrocious gas. But then, along came this chub-a-lub. He has officially wiggles his way into my heart ♥️ I remember just how much I love this breed. They are sweet, funny, and just the biggest goobers. The drool will come and so will the hair, and that’s okay. @lexidoman can pay for my cleaning service. What I don’t want to relive, is the garbage butt. @brendo234 our movies nights have been so pleasant! 🙊 Meh, I love him anyways. 🥰

Just because my house is completely decorated doesn’t mean I don’t love Thanksgiving, I just don’t decorate for it. But I will craft my face off for it, or any holiday. And on that note, I did the black outlines but, my 5 year old pained the turkey.

And these aren’t made from scratch, and they still are super delicious. Thank you @traderjoes!
On a side note, this will be the 3rd round of pumpkin baking I’ve done for @lexidoman. I made a scratch pumpkin pie 🥧 per her request. (She ate 1 slice) Got her pumpkin bites, also her request, Logan has eaten all of those. And now these muffins, which Logan and I have had one. If she doesn’t eat at least half of these, 😂 no more personal requests!

If you’re looking for some delicious and festive cookies to bake, you have to check these out. Trickiest part is the frosting, it’s not difficult, just do it in small batches because the die muddles together and becomes purple. I also omit the almond extract, I don’t enjoy the taste.

Funny story about my girls. So, syrup... they ONLY like Aunt Jemima. When they were little, I went through the stuff like it was water. And it’s a little pricier than say, Log Cabin. So, I bought Log Cabin because, well... you gotta try to cut costs where you can. They immediately told me they hated it, and wouldn’t eat it! Little B’s right?!
So, I decided to be smarter than 2 little girls. I poured, without them knowing, Log Cabin into the Aunt Jemima’s container and gave it to them. And wouldn’t you know it, they then proceeded to tell me “Mom, this Aunt Jemima syrup went bad. You need to buy a new one!”
DAMNIT!!
So a bit of useless information about my family... we are Aunt Jemima syrup lovers for LIFE! ✊🏼
