Easy Sweet Cream Filling for Crepes
This creamy filing is super easy to make and easier to eat! Great for the inside of Crepes, and only 4 ingredients.

cream cheese

heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Beat the heavy whipping cream on med-high for a few min; until it fluffs up. Then put in a separate bowl.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and mix until smooth.
spread on top of crepes and add desired toppings and enjoy!
To Make into a Lemon Creme:
Finely chop the rind of one lemon, and add the juice of one lemon to the mixture, and mix til combined.
NOTES:
We love this filing with this CREPE recipe, just add fresh berries!
You can swap out the cream cheese for mascarpone and make these French fancy!
For a different variation, use brown sugar instead of regular sugar and add 1 tsp of cinnamon.
