Sweet n' Sour Meatballs
Sweet n' sour meatballs make a great crockpot dish that you can take to parties or serve over rice for dinner.
- 2 cups Katchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 medium onion halfed
- 3 lbs frozen, precooked meatballs
Add all ingredients to sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally
Crockpot: dump frozen meatballs into crockpot. Turn on low while sauce is warming up.
Once sauce is warm a bubbly, carefully pour sauce into crockpot over meatballs. Turn up crock pot to High, and cook for about 3 hours. Turning over meatballs and sauce occasionally.
Enjoy! Either as an appetizer serve with toothpicks. Or have over rice for a quick meal.
